05车辆、司机排班管理
车辆、司机什么时间段已经预约，什么时间段空闲；出差司机实际工作时间和等待时间清晰明了，将等待时间长的司机再次纳入短途用车申请的可用司机进行调度，最大限度上提高司机和车辆的使用效率。

支持角色为申请用车人、部门办公室主任、分公司大领导、车队队长、财务审批员五个角色。
将传统的用车人频繁电话给办公室主任请示用车的繁琐流程改为公众号和APP推送，同时辅助短信通知。

07.车辆养护集中管理
每辆车安装智能硬件，用以监测剩余油量、电量；系统定时收集车辆数据，对需要养护的车辆通知专人对其进行加油、充电、洗车；把司机空闲出来，用以等待用车申请时调度之用，最大限度提高司机的使用效率。
08.强大预算定制管理
部门出车预算规划，每季度、每月、每周实际使用量统计，超量部门可从未用完部门调剂剩余额度，以保障预算稳定不超支；办公室主任审批用车申请时，该部门预算清楚显示出来并作为是否通过审批的衡量标准。
09.精细化管理
以往用车人出差时实际用车两小时，耗用一台车一个司机半天人工。现在用车人出差距离和时间较短时，可直接在APP上调用社会车辆，只有路费的支出，没有司机和车辆的等待，从而降低该部门的用车预算的实际开销；月报表里同步统计出所节省的费用。
10.报表统计管理
按部门、按年、按月、按周、按人进行出车统计，使用了多少预算，使用了哪些车辆、行驶了多少公里、使用社会车辆或分时租赁后，为部门节省多少预算；统计结果导出EXCEL。
11.统计查询并导出EXCEL
可查询某个部门、某个人、某辆车、某个司机，在指定时间段出车多少次、多少公里，多少费用，分别使用什么车型；查询结果导出EXCEL。
12.每年年终用车超标部门核查
制定更有效对应方案；比如外出时间分散，办理的事情跟时间并无直接因素的可调整统一时间外出；若时间不可改，则调整返程车辆路线，按距离和时间逐个接回外出职员等方案用以降低用车数量。每次用车记录在APP上呈公开化，公车私用、虚报用车时间等浪费现象能得到一定程度的抑制。
